Michael T. Mihm, Managing Editor, Lawyers' Professional Liability in Colorado, 2nd Ed. (Michael T. Mihm, ed., CLE in Colorado, Inc., 2005). Michael T. Mihm is the Managing Editor of this 2-volume treatise on legal ethics and the law governing lawyers in Colorado published by CLE in Colorado, the publishing and education arm of the Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association. Mr. Mihm, who wrote a number of the chapters of the First Edition published in 1999, has expanded the Second Edition from 14 chapters to 34 chapters, and more recently to 42 chapters. In addition to recruiting an "All-Star" cast of Colorado lawyers to write chapters for the Second Edition and editing the Second Edition, Mr. Mihm, with Elizabeth J. Hyatt, and other associate lawyers, also contributed six chapters to the Second Edition.
