We are located on the 26th Floor of the office tower at 707 Seventeenth Street in central downtown Denver. We are in the tower above the Denver Marriott City Center Hotel (note that our office tower has a separate entrance from the hotel). We are within a short walk of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. We are two blocks from the Sixteenth Street Mall.

Off-street parking is available across the street, and valet parking also is available.

Directions from Denver International Airport (DEN)

Driving Directions: Take I-70 West to I-25. Take I-25 South exit 20th Street. Turn left onto 20th Street into downtown. Turn right on Arapahoe Street, turn left on 19th Street. Go four blocks to California. Turn right on California. We are on the 26th floor in the office tower on the corner of California and 18th Street, above the Denver Marriott City Center hotel.

To use valet parking, turn into the hotel entrance on California after 18th Street.
