Lawyers' Professional Liability in Colorado, 2nd Ed.(CLE in Colorado, Inc., 2005, Supp. 2009).  Michael Mihm is the Managing Editor of this 42-chapter, 2-volume treatise on legal ethics and the lawyers' professional liability published by CLE in Colorado, Inc., the publishing and education division of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.  In addition to recruiting an All-Star cast of Colorado lawyers to write chapters for the Second Edition, Michael Mihmand Elizabeth Hyatt, together contributed six chapters to the Second Edition. Mr. Mihm personally wrote much of the first edition.
