Starrs, Mihm and Caschette Named Super Lawyers

DENVER - Elizabeth Starrs, Michael Mihm and Richard Caschette, founding partners of Starrs Mihm & Caschette, have been named to the inaugural 2006 Colorado Super Lawyers list.

Colorado Super Lawyers are considered leading attorneys in the area of law in which they practice, and are selected by a survey of the state's top lawyers by Law & Politics Magazine. Starrs, Mihm and Caschette were selected for business litigation.

Starrs, incoming president of the Colorado Bar Association, focuses on legal malpractice, employment, internal investigation, insurance recovery and bad faith cases. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan in 1975, and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School in 1980.

Mihm's practice focuses on complex civil litigation including business litigation, legal malpractice, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He received his bachelor's degree from Walla Walla College cum laude in 1980, and his law degree from the University of Southern California Law School in 1983.

Caschette practices complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, securities fraud, health care fraud, internal investigation, products liability, insurance litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. He received his bachelor's degree from Fordham University cum laude in 1976, and his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1979.
