Employment Litigation.We handle employment cases on behalf of both employees and employers, including cases involving discrimination based upon gender, age, race and sexual orientation, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.

Internal Investigations.We represent companies and government agencies in internal investigations involving issues such as sex and race discrimination and harassment claims, financial improprieties, and potential criminal misconduct.

Civil Rights Litigation.We have represented government agencies and individuals in civil rights lawsuits. We are currently one of two Colorado law firms approved by the Denver City Attorney to provide outside legal representation of the Denver Police Department.
