Our Local Counsel and Co-Counsel Practice
Denver, Colorado
Local Counsel Relationships. We routinely act as local counsel for out-of-state law firms handling major litigation in Colorado state and federal courts. We handle cases that range from complex SEC investigations and securities fraud lawsuits to intellectual property issues and contract disputes. Because we have substantial experience in the state and federal courts in Colorado, we can be out-of-state counsel's "eyes and ears" in major cases. Our role can be extensive, or relatively limited, depending on the case and what we are retained to do.
We work with out-of-state firms to provide the same level of excellent service and representation that the referring firms provide to their clients. If you are an out-of-state lawyer looking for local counsel in Colorado to assist you in representing an important client, contact us. We will be happy to speak with you and discuss how we can help you represent your client.

Co-Counsel Relationships. We routinely act as co-counsel for Colorado and national law firms who need assistance with major litigation. We can act as lead counsel in a case, or we can take a specific role, depending on the nature of the litigation. If you are interested in working with us as co-counsel, contact us. We will be happy to speak with you about how we can help you represent your client and the strengths we can bring to your team.

Conflicts Counsel. We handle cases referred to us by law firms that cannot take the case because of a conflict of interest. If you have a case that you cannot take because of a conflict of interest, and you want to be confident that the client will be represented the way you would represent the client, contact us. We will be happy to speak with you about how we can help your client, and we will respect your pre-existing client relationship.
