Michael Mihm is the Managing Editor of this 2-volume treatise on legal ethics and the law governing lawyers in Colorado published by the Colorado Bar Association. Mr. Mihm, who wrote a number of the chapters of the First Edition published in 1999, has expanded the Second Edition from 14 chapters to 34 chapters. In addition to recruiting an "All-Star" cast of Colorado lawyers to write chapters for the Second Edition and editing the Second Edition, Mr. Mihm, with Ross Pulkrabek and Elizabeth Hyatt, also contributed seven chapters to the Second Edition.
